Liaoning Xinxing Industrial Group Co., Ltd. was established in April 1998, initially operating as Yingkou Laobian Xinxing Paint Factory. In 2005, it was renamed Yingkou Xinxing Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. In 2010, Yingkou Xinxing Building Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. was established. In August 2016, the building materials company was renamed Liaoning Xinxing Atecai Technology Co., Ltd. In June 2017, the construction company was renamed Liaoning Atecai Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. In November 2019, Liaoning Xinxing Industrial Group Co., Ltd. was formally established, with four subsidiaries under its umbrella: Liaoning Xinxing Atecai Technology Co., Ltd., Liaoning Xinxing Atecai Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Atecai (Liaoning) International Trade Co., Ltd., and Yingkou Atecai Investment Development Co., Ltd. This marked a remarkable transformation, making the Group a leading local private enterprise with fixed investments of approximately RMB 150 million, over 1,000 affiliated employees, and annual tax contributions of nearly RMB 10 million.

Liaoning Xinxing Industrial Group Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Yingkou City, Liaoning Province. With a total investment of approximately RMB 150 million and covering an area of 45,000 square meters, the Group integrates the R&D, production, and sales of environmentally friendly coatings with engineering construction. It has been honored with titles such as "Building Coatings R&D and Application Base," "Science and Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprise," and "Outstanding Building Coatings Enterprise." With over 20 directly-operated and affiliated branches across China, its products are exported to the EU, Asia, Australia, and Africa, making it one of the large-scale group companies in China's coatings industry.

In October 2007, the Group partnered with South Korea's Atecai Co., Ltd. to jointly develop and produce liquid stone paint products. In 2018, the Group collaborated with a Swedish company to introduce the Taocaicai product series and high-temperature calcined sand technology. Taking into full consideration the geography, climate, market conditions, and other factors of Northeast China, the Group's own R&D team worked diligently to develop practical and effective solutions, ultimately establishing the unique product portfolio of Xinxing Group.

In response to the national requirements for green environmental protection, energy conservation, and emission reduction in the building materials and coatings industry over the past decade, the Group has successively developed products such as liquid stone paint, Taocaicai, and elastic textured coatings. These products are not only easy to apply and meet customers' needs for building aesthetics, but also satisfy physical and chemical performance requirements, including resistance to surface aging and strong substrate adhesion.

With the advent of the waterborne industrial era, the Group is currently developing a new range of waterborne products, including waterborne fire-retardant coatings, waterborne anti-rust primers for rusty surfaces, high-durability waterborne topcoats, and multi-functional all-in-one primers and topcoats. These products have already shown promising initial results and are expected to enter formal production in 2023.

The Group boasts a building coatings R&D and application center in Northeast China, three manufacturing bases, over 100 professional technical personnel, 4 patented invention products, more than 50 new products, and over 180 specialized inspection and testing equipment units. It has established a high-tech pre-mix color matching system, a vacuum granulation system, a data acquisition system, an intelligent control system, a precision production system, electronic weighing modules, automated metering and data acquisition feedback systems, and an intelligent testing system.

The Group's Atecai product series has obtained ISO 9001 International Quality Management System Certification and meets EU testing standards. The Group has been honored with a series of prestigious awards, including China Famous Brand, Key Recommended Product for China's Construction Projects, Well-Known Brand in China's Building Materials Industry, China Green and Eco-Friendly Building Materials Product, AAA Quality-Service-Credibility Brand, and National Recommended Energy-Saving Building Product, among others.

After 22 years of relentless dedication and perseverance, the Group has successfully established long-term and stable partnerships with renowned companies such as Wanda Group, Xiamen Mingfa Group, Shandong Mengda Group, and Yingkou Zhongtian Group. In addition, the Group has forged strategic partnerships with major state-owned enterprises, including the Northeast Branch and Northwest Branch of China Construction First Group (CCFG) , as well as China Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC) . As a result, the annual turnover of the Group's construction company has exceeded RMB 50 million and continues to show a steady upward trend year by year.

As a responsible member of the outstanding private enterprise community, the Group's Chairman, Mr. Zhou Yuzhen, remains deeply mindful of his social responsibilities. While achieving business success, he actively gives back to society. He holds several public positions, including Member of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) , Vice President of the Charity Federation, President of the Municipal Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Association, and Vice President of the Municipal Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Zhou is actively engaged in social welfare initiatives. He has donated over RMB 3 million to establish the "Yingkou Charity Federation Xinxing Building Materials Public Welfare Charity Fund." He regularly visits nursing homes to care for the elderly, welfare institutions to support children with disabilities, and local communities to assist low-income families. He also provides educational funding for children in impoverished mountainous areas, supports patients with critical illnesses, facilitates vocational skills training for students at technical schools, and helps arrange re-employment for laid-off workers.

In times of national crisis, the Group has demonstrated its profound commitment to society by donating over RMB 5 million in total to relief efforts for various major disasters and emergencies, including the severe snow and ice storms affecting 14 provinces and cities in southern China, the devastating earthquake in Wenchuan, Sichuan, the natural disaster in Yushu, Qinghai, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, the Group has created employment and re-employment opportunities for more than 1,300 individuals, embodying the deep sense of national responsibility and social commitment that defines the Xinxing spirit.
